Regarding the incorrect information that the transition to the new fiscalization model is considered sufficient by signing the Contract on the Procurement of an Electronic Fiscal Device with the supplier and taking over the security element, the Tax Administration of the Republic of Serbia announces that the full implementation of the Fiscalization Law implies the mandatory issuance of a fiscal invoice with all prescribed elements and a recognizable QR code.
Taxpayers who do not comply with the legal regulations and do not start issuing valid fiscal invoices after the established deadline, i.e. from May 1, 2022, will be sanctioned in accordance with the provisions of the Fiscalization Law.
